Magnificent Main Courses

Beef Wellington
Fillet of prime fell bred British beef, topped with a delicious mushroom duxelle, wrapped
in crisp puff pastry and served with a red wine jus.

Tarragon and Vermouth Chicken
Sautéed chicken breast with a Vermouth, tarragon, wild mushroom and cream sauce
Braised Lamb Shank
Whole Lakeland lamb shank (1 per person) slowly braised with rosemary and shallots,
with the thickened juices and fresh vegetables – comfort food at its best!

Grizedale Loin of Venison
Pan fried loin fillet marinated in thyme, bay leaves and garlic
with blackcurrant glazed shallots
Roasted Salmon
Wrapped in pancetta, accompanied with roasted vine tomatoes
with a tomato and basil sauce.
Aubergine Parmigana (v)
With buffalo mozzarella, tomato and garlic sauce, dressed with torn basil leaves
and topped with parmesan cheese

Magnificent Main, Delicious Desserts, a Cheese Board and coffee with chocolates.

As a guideline, with parties under 10, please choose a set menu to suit the tastes
of all your guests (although any special diets will be catered for in addition, i.e.
vegetarian, gluten free etc.)

With 10 guests or more, simply select one or two starters and 1 main course
with desserts – perhaps one or a selection of two, served in a duo?
