TERMS

  • Groups which are made up of all females or all
    males should inform us of this fact before
    booking.

  • No groups are accepted where the majority of
    the group members are under 21 years of age.

  • Detailed directions are sent together with a
    booking form at the time of the reservation.

  • Reservation is only confirmed on receipt of a
    50% deposit. This is payable by bank transfer
    or PayPal (PayPal payments have a 4%
    surcharge).

  • The payment balance is due 6 weeks prior to
    the start of your holiday together with a
    refundable £250 security deposit.

  • If booking within 6 weeks of the start of your
    holiday, full payment is required.

  • If the booking is cancelled after the deposit is
    paid we will make every effort to re-let but if the
    cottage remains un-let then the deposit is not
    refunded.

  • If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks of
    the arrival date we will make every effort to re-
    let but if the cottage remains un-let then the
    total rent must be paid.

Prices 2013
                   BOOKINGS

  • We prefer Friday as a changeover day.

  • Prices are for up to 12 guests for a stay of
    seven nights, fully inclusive of electricity,
    heating, wireless broadband (via guest's own
    laptop), bed linen, towels, bathroom toiletries
    and cleaning.

  • An initial supply of toilet rolls and a small
    quantity of dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid
    and wash powder are supplied.

  • Dogs are an extra £20 each per stay
    (maximum of 2).

  • Weekends or short breaks are available
    throughout the year.

  • Arrival time is not before 16:00 and departure is
    by 10:00


  • In addition to your complimentary welcome
    basket you can order groceries to be delivered
    prior to your arrival.

  • Requests for extra cleaning, beauty treatments,
    meal delivery, wine tasting or private chef can
    be arranged.
